Our company also organizes security services for the client's companies which involves development of the required structure, department regulations and duty instructions for the executives and personnel of such structures.
We believe that the main tasks of the company security service are to protect the client's company, production and output against improper activity and also to secure commercial, industrial, financial and business information apart from possible leakage channels.
The success of the security service operation requires the following:
- organization and provision of access and internal modes in the buildings and rooms, lawful operation of the security service, compliance with the safety requirements by personnel, partners and visitors;
- legal and organizational regulation of relations regarding protection of the commercial secret;
- participation in the development of the basic documents in order to set the requirements for security and commercial secret. Generally, basic documents include Charter, Collective contract, Rules for internal labor order, Department regulations and also labor contracts, agreements, contracting agreements, duty instructions and responsibilities of the company executives and personnel;
- participation in the development and control of the documents flow containing information of the commercial secret;
- thorough analysis of operational and financial activities of the company in order to identify and block all the possible leakage channels of confidential information, registration of security violations, collection and analysis of the improper activity of the competitors and other companies;
- carrying out internal investigations upon disclosure of information, loss of documents and other security violations of the company. Development and maintenance of "List of Information Composing the Commercial Secret" and other standard acts regulating the security procedure of the company and information protection;
- management of the security departments and services of the company's units;
- training and regular personnel development for the protection of the commercial secret;
- registration of safe boxes, metal cabinets, special storages and other rooms where confidential documents are permanently or temporally stored;
- control and registration of the technical equipment which could violate safety requirements of the company;
- communication with the law-enforcement authorities and security services of the allied companies in order to examine the criminal situation within the targeted areas.
